Dear patient,
the protection of your personal data is important. According to the EU Data Protection Basic Regulation (DSGVO) I am obliged to inform you about the purpose for which my practice collects, stores or passes on data. You can also see from the information which rights you have with regard to data protection.

2. PURPOSE OF THE DATA PROCESSING
Data processing is carried out on the basis of legal requirements in order to fulfil the treatment contract between you and your psychotherapist and the associated obligations.
For this purpose I process your personal data, in particular your health data. This includes anamnesis, diagnoses, therapy suggestions and findings that I or other psychotherapists collect. For these purposes, doctors or psychotherapists with whom you are under treatment may also provide me with data (e.g. in doctor's letters).
The collection of health data is a prerequisite for your treatment. If the necessary information is not provided, a careful treatment cannot take place.
3. RECIPIENTS OF YOUR DATA
I only transfer your personal data to third parties if you have given your consent.
4. STORAGE OF YOUR DATA
I will keep your personal data only as long as necessary for the execution of the treatment.
5. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to be informed about the personal data concerning you. You may also request that incorrect data be corrected.
In addition, under certain conditions you have the right to delete data, the right to restrict data processing and the right to data transferability.
The processing of your data is based on legal regulations. Only in exceptional cases I need your consent. In these cases you have the right to revoke your consent for future processing.
You also have the right to complain to the competent data protection supervisory authority if you consider that your personal data are being processed unlawfully.

6. LEGAL BASIS
The legal basis for the processing of your data is Article 9(2)(h) DSGVO in conjunction with Section 22(1)(1)(b) of the Federal Data Protection Act. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
